Arthur H. Kaufman, President & owner of Any Time Gutter & Screening, Inc., grew up on Long Island, New York.

Kaufman served two years in the U.S. Army where he spent one year in Vietnam. Upon his return from Vietnam, Kaufman worked for his parents for a short period of time learning direct mail and later opened Data Technical Services, a complete in-house printing and mailing facility specializing in Direct Mail Advertising working with retail stores throughout the country for twenty-five years.

In 1973, Kaufman became a licensed pilot with a single-engine rating and shortly thereafter became rated to fly sea planes, multi-engine airplanes and helicopters.

In 1996, Kaufman developed technology used in the Health & Fitness industry “PETT” (Personal Electronic Talking Trainer) receiving three patents; U.S. Patent 5,857,939, U.S. Patent 6,251,048 and U.S. Patent 6,582,342. In 1999 he sold this technology to a major corporation.

Kaufman has several other patents pending; Internet technology as well as a patent pending for a downspout invention that he currently uses.
